Bahan-bahan
250ml whipping cream
250g Philadelphia soft cheese
200g sugar(*anggaran tak sampai secawan..)
1 packet biscuit sponge fingers(*saya guna sponge cake..lagi mudah)
2 tbs nescafe
some water (*saya tak guna pun..)
First, using a mixer mix the whipping cream until fluffy. Then add the cheese and sugar bit by bit. Mix until fluffy..sampai kembang gebu...

Mix the nescafe with water. (Ensure that the mixture is at room temperature..otherwise biskut jadi soggy).Celup biskut dalam nescafe tuh...sekejap je..Then arrange the biscuits in tupperware etc. Size of tupperware like the square ice cream case. After first layer of biscuit pour in some cream. Then put second layer of biscuit and pour the remaining cream....

Tabur chocolate rice and cherry sebagai hiasan...dan jagan lupa simpan dalam peti sejuk..baru boleh makan..Selamat mencuba..sedap sgt bila makan sejuk2...
